OVERVIEW

At IndoGrace Ventures, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are here to help. Please review our return policy below to ensure a smooth return process.

Important Notice

To ensure a smooth return or replacement process, we kindly request that you record a continuous unboxing video while opening your package.

  • Please make sure the video:
  • Starts before opening the sealed package.
  • Clearly shows the package in its original condition.

Is recorded without any cuts, pauses, or edits from start to finish.

In the event of a return, replacement, missing item, damaged product, or wrong product claim, this unboxing video may be required for verification. Claims submitted without a valid uncut unboxing video may not be eligible for approval.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • The return request must be made within 3days] of receiving the item.

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Perishable items (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines)
  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Downloadable software products
  • Health and personal care items (e.g., intimate or sanitary goods)
  • Gift cards and non-returnable promotional items

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at indograceventures@gmail.com / 9451470081 within 3 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
  2. Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
  3. You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.

Please note that we must receive your returned item within 7days of return authorization.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, and if it meets our return eligibility criteria, the refund amount will not be credited back to your original payment method.

Instead, an equivalent Gift Card for the approved refund amount will be added to your Inner Carry Wallet, which can be used for future purchases on our website.

Please note:

No cash or bank refunds will be provided.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent by us.

The Gift Card/Wallet balance will be credited within 3–5 business days after the return has been approved.

Gift Card credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at indograceventures@gmail.com / 9451470081 . Exchanges are subject to availability. Open box delivery with

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain items are non-returnable. These include:

  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective or damaged)
  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered in any way
  • Products with missing or altered tags

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and approved, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
